Please check my availability calendar first to make sure I am available at the time you desire your wedding ceremony.  I try to keep this as up-to -date as possible.  Email or call me (864-678-0335) to begin designing your personal ceremony.  As stated on the Packages & Pricing Tab, I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit before I reserve your time and to begin working on your personalized ceremony.

Please contact me if the calendar above lists me as busy. It could be something I can change, or I might have myself blocked off for additional travel time when I could possibly do your ceremony at a close location. If I am booked for the time of your ceremony, you can either change your time to have me (recommended… LOL) or you can contact me to recommend another officiant.  I work closely with a couple of officiants, and can offer a recommendation (male or female)!

I view the vows of marriage as a personal choice made between the two of you.  I honor and respect your traditions and needs without judgment or reservation and look past any differences in race, creed, situation, or circumstance.  Instead, I rejoice in knowing that the two of you care so deeply for each other that you have chosen to give to each other the greatest gift any one person can give to another – your hearts.  Your wedding will celebrate your giving of your hearts, your unconditional love, your acceptance, and your commitment.

Penny performed my ceremony for me this past September and I have to say she is the most helpful, flexible, considerate, and thoughtful person. I hired her a year before my date (because I knew I had to have her as my officiant when I met her at a Wedding Festival purely by accident!). That year, she even sent a Christmas card. It was so sweet! She will help you come up with a ceremony that fits the relationship perfectly. She successfully navigated my “complicated” family dynamic without any problems. She even asked me about her attire for the day (something I had NEVER thought to think about). And she never had a problem communicating with me primarily through email since that was most convenient for me. I would definitely recommend Penny Reynolds for anyone looking for someone to not just to make their marriage legal, but to bring heart and personalization to their ceremony (we have had people comment our ceremony constantly since the wedding).
