South Carolina has a 24 hour waiting period. There is not an expiration date, so you can get your SC marriage license at anytime! You can obtain your marriage license from any county within the state. Each county requires different identification and charges a different amount. Therefore you will want to check with the county probate court that you plan to apply at. Charleston County Probate court is located at 100 Broad Street (Downtown) and requires government issued picture ID (Driver’s license) and $70 cash. “My uncle said, “the ceremony was so personal, I thought she was a close friend of yours.” Penny was very supportive, helpful, and was always available to meet with us and answer any questions. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to make our day perfect was evident. Everyone was blown away by the organization and relaxed feel Penny brought to the ceremony. Do not hesitate to book her for your wedding.” Kurt & Tina 10/22/11
