Marriage License

South Carolina has a 24 hour waiting period.  Since there is not an expiration date, I recommend you getting the license a week or so prior to the ceremony to avoid any postponement.  Of course if it is a short notice ceremony, just ask the clerk when you will be able to pick up the license.   You can obtain your marriage license from any county within the state. Cruise couples!:  I have worked with several couples where the 24 hour wait period has caused issues when going on a cruise!  Call me for details on how we can work with the time line! (843-460-3565) You can also get more information here.

As an ordained minister, I can also perform weddings in the surrounding states of Georgia, and North Carolina.  Travel fees will be additional to the wedding packages or officiant services.

“supportive, helpful, and always available”

“My uncle said, “the ceremony was so personal, I thought she was a close friend of yours.” Penny was very supportive, helpful, and was always available to meet with us and answer any questions. Her attention to detail and genuine desire to make our day perfect was evident. Everyone was blown away by the organization and relaxed feel Penny brought to the ceremony. Do not hesitate to book her for your wedding.” Kurt & Tina 10/22/11
