Wedding Coordinator
There are different levels of wedding coordination. The prices for these services depend on the level of service or details involved. Personally, I dislike when I see a “starting at” price. I translate “starting at price” to mean “bare bones charge you this amount, but if you want anything extra, you will be paying for it!!”
Therefore, I will say these are my prices and I will adjust according to your needs. For example a bride that wants me to help her with coordinating vendors is charged less than the bride that wants me to accompany her on every visit with each vendor. I do not limit the amount of personal consultations, phones calls, or emails.
Let me explain the basic job of each title, and what my duties are for the price I list. Want more duties or less duties, we will adjust the price!
Wedding Planners
Did you know that hiring a wedding planner (also called a wedding consultant) can be a huge help and save you money? They will provide assistance with searching for the perfect venue and find great vendors that will fit within your planning budget. Most planners have relationships with vendors and will often be able to introduce you to professionals that you could not find on your own. Once you’ve booked your vendors, the planner will oversee the relationships with each, and help pull everything together. The wedding planner generally steps you through every process ranging from invitations, bridal gowns, tuxedo rentals to guest accommodations, welcome gifts, and total design of the event.

Wedding Coordinators
A wedding coordinator is a lot like a wedding planner, in that they help you organize and pull together your wedding details, but they may not handle quite as much as the traditional planner would. For example, your planner will sit down from day one to help you dream up the wedding colors, style, and decor theme and help you negotiate contracts and book vendors, whereas the coordinator may just stick to finalizing all your vendor business after you’ve made the major decisions. They will most likely handle contracted work primarily, but are not always limited to this only. Be sure you’re clear on the extent of the services they’re willing to provide when you interview them to make sure you’re going to receive all the support you’re expecting.

Day-of Coordinators
A day-of coordinator helps you get everything done on your actual wedding day, but isn’t really involved before the big day. You meet beforehand to fill them in on who’s who and what’s what and exactly how you’d like the day to play out. They will then be in charge of handling all of your vendors and set-up on the day of your wedding, as well as any type of clean-up or post wedding duties needed, so that you and your family members can just relax and enjoy the day. Some coordinators offer the wedding rehearsal and ceremony direction as well. A bride who plans to be very hands-on in her planning process will love the idea of a day-of coordinator. It allows her to enjoy all the ups and downs of the planning, without having to worry about seeing it all through until the very end.

“beautiful and stress free”
“A wedding is one of the most stressful, exciting, nerve wracking, and important events of a life time. However, if you go with Reynolds Treasures the ceremony is not only going to be beautiful but also stress free. My husband and I got married on July 14th, 2012 in Charleston South Carolina at Patriots Point. Our wedding was one of unusual circumstances from the beginning. My husband is stationed in Goose Creek and I am from Massachusetts. As we searched the internet we were lost. We did not even know where to begin. We reached out to Penny and from the beginning she was kind and professional. Before she even got a payment or a definite yes from us she reached out to Patriots Point herself and acquired the information we needed in order to have our ceremony there. She worked around our busy schedules and made herself a hundred percent available. She helped us mold a ceremony that was perfect for both of us! On our wedding day she was well prepared and delivered it flawlessly. Never once did she stumble on a single word or phrase. She smiled and stood out in the hot sun. She even took some pictures of us which were not included in our package but rather as a gift. You can totally tell Penny loves her job! She believes in true love and that shows in her enthusiasm. When our ceremony was completed she took care of every detail. She even gave us a certificate and information on how to change my last name! Even to this day she still sends me facebook messages and follows me on Pinterst. Our wedding day was made even more perfect by Penny. Penny helped us promise forever and we sealed it with a kiss, after “you may now kiss the bride,” of course
