Partial or Set-up Coordinator
Many times the venue has a coordinator, but they do not set-up the centerpieces and other decorations. They make sure tables and chairs and linens are set up. But not your centerpieces or decorations. You still would want your personal touches on the location, your gift table, guest signing, centerpieces, wedding favors etc. As a partial coordinator, we will discuss designs and such in advance, and meet a day or 2 before the wedding and discuss where and how everything goes, and receive the materials from you. We will arrive during the set-up time, and set everything up as you desire, and leave before the guests arrive. Price depends on the work required. Price average is $500, but is adjusted according to the amount of time and work involved.

“no worries all day”
My husband and I eloped to the Charleston area with our families a couple weeks ago. Let me start by saying that Penny went above and beyond the call of duty. I can list countless examples of this, but I will focus on one. When the state of South Carolina was under a foot of water from flooding a month before our wedding, we were devastated to find that our wedding venue cancelled. Penny jumped into action and ended up finding a venue that usually does not host weddings for nearly the same price. It not only made the day extra special, but it really shows the connections she has in the Charleston area. Penny allowed me to be as involved as I wanted/needed – which is good coming from a Type A, need-to-be-in-control personality. But, at the end of the day, we trusted her. We were able to enjoy the wedding ceremony and the reception, and really had no worries all day. We couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend her to anyone who asks!
